This statement explains which personal data NIS2 Boardroom Training processes through forms and how Google Analytics, Leadfeeder and Leadinfo are used.

Which data do we process and why?

When you use a contact, registration, interest or quick-scan form, we process the details you provide. These may include your name, organisation, role, email address, telephone number, sector, selected service, question and the quick-scan answers and result.

We use this information to answer your message, process your enquiry, arrange a webinar or training, provide the requested complimentary discussion, maintain a secure record of the submission and protect the website against misuse.

Legal basis and retention

Legal basis for processing

We process enquiries to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement and to perform an agreement where applicable. The cookie banner controls only your Google Analytics choice. Cookieless business recognition with Leadinfo and Leadfeeder is based on our legitimate interest in understanding organisational interest in our services, balanced against visitor privacy.

We retain data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose, legal obligations and reasonable follow-up. Retention is periodically reviewed.

Forms and quick scan

Contact forms, registrations and the NIS2 Quick Scan

Form submissions are transmitted securely to the server and used for the indicated follow-up. The public forms are designed to avoid requesting confidential risk information. Share sensitive details only after a suitable private communication channel has been agreed.

The English and Dutch quick scans use the same secure processing route. The recorded language helps us provide appropriate follow-up.

Analytics and consent

Google Analytics and your privacy choice

We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Advanced Consent Mode v2. Before you make a choice, analytics storage and all advertising consents are denied. The Google tag still loads and Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals. No _ga or Google advertising cookies are placed in this state.

If you allow Statistics, only analytics_storage is granted and Google Analytics may process normal usage statistics. If you Allow all, Google's three advertising consents are also granted. We never send names, contact details, organisation names, form content or free text to Google Analytics.

Your choice is stored on your device with its date, time and consent version. You can change or withdraw it at any time through Change cookie settings in the footer.

Cookieless business recognition

Leadinfo and Leadfeeder load independently of the cookie banner and help us understand business interest. They process information such as the IP address, visit source, pages viewed, time and duration to associate a visit with an organisation where possible. Both services are used without cookies, screen recording or form content. The cookie banner does not change how they operate.

Security and recipients

Service providers and protective measures

We use service providers where required for hosting, email delivery and analytics. These include Leadinfo B.V. and Dealfront, the provider of Leadfeeder. Service providers receive only the access needed for their role and are subject to appropriate agreements. We use technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion and objection

You can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us so we can verify and handle your request carefully.
