Which data do we process and why?

When you use a contact, registration, interest or quick-scan form, we process the details you provide. These may include your name, organisation, role, email address, telephone number, sector, selected service, question and the quick-scan answers and result.

We use this information to answer your message, process your enquiry, arrange a webinar or training, provide the requested complimentary discussion, maintain a secure record of the submission and protect the website against misuse.

Legal basis and retention

Legal basis for processing

We process enquiries to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement and to perform an agreement where applicable. Security logging, abuse prevention and business visitor analytics are based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website and understanding organisational interest. We balance this interest against visitor privacy and use the analytics tools without cookies or local returning-visitor identification.

We retain data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose, legal obligations and reasonable follow-up. Retention is periodically reviewed.

Forms and quick scan

Contact forms, registrations and the NIS2 Quick Scan

Form submissions are transmitted securely to the server and used for the indicated follow-up. The public forms are designed to avoid requesting confidential risk information. Share sensitive details only after a suitable private communication channel has been agreed.

The English and Dutch quick scans use the same secure processing route. The recorded language helps us provide appropriate follow-up.

Cookieless analytics

Visitor analytics without a cookie banner

The website does not display a cookie banner because Google Analytics and Leadfeeder Web Visitors are used in a cookieless configuration. The website does not grant either service permission to place analytics cookies or a returning-visitor identifier in local storage.

Google Analytics provides aggregated information about website use. Analytics storage remains denied and Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals.

Leadfeeder Web Visitors helps us understand business interest and processes the IP address, visit source, pages viewed, time and duration to associate a visit with an organisation where possible. Without cookies, Leadfeeder cannot recognise an individual visitor as returning. The website does not send a consent signal that activates Leadfeeder cookies.

Security and recipients

Service providers and protective measures

We use service providers where required for hosting, email delivery and analytics. For Web Visitors, Kynexis Informatiebeveiliging BV acts as controller and Leadfeeder as processor. Service providers receive only the access needed for their role and are subject to appropriate agreements. We use technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion and objection

You can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us so we can verify and handle your request carefully.
